There is nothing quite like the smell of cinnamon and brown sugar wafting through the air and making your kitchen smell like a bakery.
These muffins are so easy to put together and when they are baked they have the consistency of a muffin and the flavor of carrot cake. Leave them plain or frost them as I did the next day with the remaining muffins.
Great for dessert, after school snacks or in the morning with coffee or tea!
