Ingredients
- Ghirardelli Triple Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1.5 quart Breyers Birthday Blast Ice Cream
- 1 cup mixed colors small sprinkles
- 2/3 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips
- 8 ounce bag Oreo mini cookies
Recipe Description
This easy Celebration Ice Cream Cake is made in a spring-form pan making it easy to remove and serve company. I love the ease of the these pans. You will need to start out a little early in the day or the night before by baking the brownie mix. It will have to cool for several hours and the ice cream will need to set in the freezer for an hour or so. You can prepare the mini dipped Oreos ahead of time as well.
