- Tablespoon almond butter
- Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened, unflavored almond milk

Chai Almond Milk Smoothie is gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, low carb, low fat, and low sugar.
Place ingredients in the blender in the following order: ice, frozen banana, protein powder, almond butter, chia seeds, and almond milk. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high, until creamy and smooth, about 1 minute.
