The Chicken & Avocado Quesadillas are perfect football food, appetizer, finger food for a party or gathering or even a quick and easy dinner idea. This is by far the best quesadillas recipe I have had yet. The avocado and warm melted cheese really make the quesadilla. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
