- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups bite size chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe Description
There is just something very comforting about chicken & dumplings. I love both the stew version and the soup version. Both are equally delicious and cozy. This soup version uses rotisserie chicken. It matters not if you cooked it yourself or if you were slacking like me and picked it up at Costco!
