  • 2 Tablespoons softened butter
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of the reserved Marashino liquid
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons light or golden corn syrup
  • 8 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate, melted

These are wonderful any time of the year, but for some reason, Valentine’s Day seems to be the perfect time to serve Chocolate Covered Cherries. And best of all, they’re a great make ahead treat. Although, you don’t want to make them too far ahead, cause they are prone to sampling. You don’t want to sample them so much that there are none left to serve on that special day.
