Ingredients
- 20 chocolate cookies - medium sized. I used grasshopper cookies, though if you don't like mint with peanut butter, I'd choose something else!
- 4 tablespoons butter**
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- Peanuts (for garnish)
