Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light or heavy cream
- 1 cup cream of coconut, found with the mixed drinks at the store
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup flaked coconut
Recipe Description
Do yourself a favor this weekend and prep an over night french toast. A tropical Coconut version of my usual overnight French toast. I love this method of making breakfast. All prep is done ahead of time which is a major plus. Simply bake for an hour in the morning, sip your coffee and enjoy that day off!
