Cookies & Creme Cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1- 4.2 oz package Oreo Cookies & Creme Instant Pudding Mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white chocolate chips
12 Double Stuf Oreos, crushed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350•.
In large bowl, cream butter & sugars together.
Add pudding mix and continue to beat until blended.
Add eggs and vanilla extract.
Slowly add flour & baking soda until blended.
Gently fold in white chips & crushed Oreos.
Using small cookie scoop, scoop dough onto cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute and transfer to cooling rack.
