- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 green onion, roughly chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, packed & divided
- 2 - 3 tablespoons milk, if needed
- Salt & pepper
Recipe Description
We will be planting our herb garden soon and our cilantro always goes crazy. There is only so much salsa you can make, so we are always looking for a new way to use it up! This creamy cilantro lime dressing can be used as a dressing for salads or as a light sauce for meats. It’s absolutely delicious drizzled over fish tacos!
