- SALAD
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 package dry ramen noodles, broken up
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 bunch bok choy/baby bok choy
- 1/2 cucumber, spiralized or chopped
- 1/2 carrot
- 6 green onions, white parts only
- 1 cup dressing
