Nothing says comfort like Mac and Cheese and this version is studded with crawfish, the lobster of the south! You can most certainly substitute lobster in this recipe but crawfish is more economical if they are readily available in your area. I use frozen crawfish in my Mac and Cheese. This is a decadent, rich and full bodied mac and cheese that will become a favorite!
