Ingredients
- 6 full sized chocolate bars cut in half and frozen. I used Mars
- ¾ cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 small egg or half large
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup plus 1 tbsp. milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- Oil for deep frying, I used enough for 2 inches on the bottom of my pan.
- Wooden skewers or coffee stir sticks
- chocolate sauce and powdered sugar - optional

Deep fried chocolate bar anyone? I can’t even believe I made these! The kids thought they won some sort of prize when I told them what was going on. We’ve been watching shows that feature carnival foods lately so I blame food tv for this one. I used normal sized chocolate bars cut in half but Halloween candy would work well too.
