- 1 C soft unsalted butter
- 4 + C powder sugar
- 4 TBSP heavy whipping cream
- 1 package Wilton Snowflake cake decor
- 1 container Wilton small Snowflakes

Our kids LOVE Disney’s Frozen! Just the other day my youngest bursted out singing Let it Go in the back seat of our car! If you know anyone who has kids who love Frozen or have been thinking about having a Disney theme party these cupcakes are just perfect! They would also make a cute party for a Winter Wonderland Party theme! These cupcakes will taste yummy and put a sparkle in any little ones eyes!!
