Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1⅓ cup flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup thick caramel dip
- ½ cup Pecans, chopped finely
- ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips with ½ tsp butter

They might look a little time consuming but it’s easy to get these on the go! For the base cookie recipe, I used something similar to my double chocolate peanut butter cookies. Always a safe bet. Make the dough and chop up some pecans. I rolled the dough into balls and pressed them into the pecans. Only one side needs coated.
