- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, Bakers Chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 2 whole large eggs
- FROSTING
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powderd
- 6 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Recipe Description
This is the most moist and decadent chocolate cake I have ever had. It is absolutely amazing! This cake is absolutely chocolatey and isn’t dry like most chocolate cakes. Thanks to Pepsi for deepening the flavor and making the cake extra moist.
