- 1 stick butter
- 2 each eggs
- 3 ounces maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1 each crisco/non stick spray

This very easy and inexpensive cake is perfect for a brunch dessert. Made with some pancake mix as a base, all the ingredients come together creating an extremely delicious cake. I myself was amazed at how good this cake is.
Maple flavored cream cheese frosting just adds a nice touch of sweetness and goes so well with the cake itself. A few pecans dotted on the top and it looks pretty stunning. At 25 cents a slice this is a real bargain dessert that can be served at any holiday, weekend brunch or for any party you are having.
