Ingredients
- For Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 Roll of frozen bread dough
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (can use half granulated sugar and half brown sugar for more gooey rolls)
- ½ Tablespoons Cinnamon
- ½ cup butter, soften
- For Icing
- 8 OZ Cream Cheese, soften
- ½ cup butter, soften
- 2 cups powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe Description
I have to confess. I am not a baker. However, I do love to bake. I love to make simple baked goods. That means that they either have to have minimal ingredients that are just all dumped into a bowl and mixed together. Or, the recipe has to be “Scott” proof, aka “fool” proof. This past Sunday morning, I made something that fit the bill and my kids favorite, delicious cinnamon rolls. There was no complicated dough recipe and best of all it goes together easily.
