- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 small (3 oz) box Lime Gelatin
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
- Juice for 1/2 Lime (about 3 tbsp)
- 4 cup Powdered Sugar
Recipe Description
This Easy Lime Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting is so simple and tastes amazing. We made some modifications to a simple lemon cake mix to make one amazing and flavorful cake. During the summer months, I am a fan of lime and lemon desserts. One of our favorite drinks when it is hot is a Homemade Limeade. One of our my favorite cheesecakes happens to be a refreshing Key Lime Cheesecake that I have made already this spring.
