One of my favourite things about the holidays is to try new-to-me food. I live in Southern Ontario, Canada where Sweet Potato pie is not a staple at our holiday dinners. I decided to give it a go and I cannot believe how easy it was. I did not use anything canned – this is a 100% pure sweet potato recipe!
