Easy Veggie-Beef Soup

1 pound ground beef
½ Onion, Chopped
2 Carrots, Diced
1 can tomato sauce 15oz
1 can tomatoes crushed 15oz
1 can whole kernel corn 15oz
1 can green beans 15oz
1 can whole potatoes
Salt/Black Pepper (to taste)
¼ Cup water as needed
1. Brown ground beef in stockpot. Drain and discard excess grease.
2. Add carrots, onion and tomato sauce to the ground beef and stir for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the canned vegetables w/liquid.
4. Stir vegetables and add salt/pepper if you would like.
5. Add water if needed; Begin with ¼ cup
6. Simmer soup for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
