Ingredients:

1 8oz. Block of Cream Cheese (room temp)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 tub of extra creamy Cool Whip

1/4 cup of lemon juice (or lime!)

1 large Keebler Graham Cracker pie crust (the 2 extra servings one)

Directions:

It is very important to make sure your Creme Cheese is @ room temp (let it sit on the counter for a few hours). Using a hand mixer; mix the cream cheese, cond. milk, & cool whip for about 2-3 min, or until smooth. Now mix in your lemon (or lime) juice & continue to mix for another min or so. Make sure to add the juice last; the acidity is the binder. Now spoon into the pie crust & refrigerate for 2 hours. FYI; if you like Key Lime Pie then use the lime juice; makes it a Key Lime Cheesecake!
