Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 8 ounces soft cream cheese
- 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk (approximately half a small can)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 sleeve cinnamon graham crackers (about 9)
- 1/2 cup butter melted

How about kicking off this post with a few blueberry pointers..what do you say?
During the warmer months always look for the plumper guys…sweeter, juicer and just plain better.
Don’t wash the berries right away. Store them in the fridge and and wash right before you eat for longer viability.
Plan on freezing them for future snacking or baking? Don’t wash them first because it will make the skin tougher. Additionally, freeze them on a baking sheet spread out if you have the room overnight. Then pile them into a re-sealable bag for later use.
