Fresh peaches make a perfect sweet and juicy filling for hand pies in a buttery, flaky crust. I also share my secret for making a perfect all-butter crust! Because the pies are so perfectly portable and conveniently individually portioned, they’d be a great dessert for picnics. We enjoyed them plain or with a scoop of really really good vanilla ice cream.
