Ingredients
- 1 3.4-oz box French Vanilla Pudding mix
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1½ tsp almond extract
- 3 cups sliced fresh fruit {I used strawberries, blueberries and kiwi}
- sliced almonds, for topping
Recipe Description
I found this lovely little recipe in an old Taste of Home cookbook. I adore the simplicity of it! I modified it so the cream is almost like a mousse- but with less work. Top it with whatever sweet fruit you have on hand. I think it’d be delicious with peaches and blueberries as well! It’s the perfect dessert for summer!
