- 1 ounce Myers's dark rum
- 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice

A Goombay Smash reminds me of a Caribbean vacation. The taste of coconut and pineapple makes this a beach favorite cocktail of mine.
The sweet tastes of coconut, pineapple and oranges are blended with three different kinds of rum. It’s a favorite cocktail that my family makes every time July and August roll around.
