- 1 (3) ounce box of lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup veggie oil
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- juice from 1 large lemon

Sometimes there is nothing better than a bundt cake to enjoy with a nice cup of hot tea or coffee. This Bundt cake is a recipe that was given to me by my Best friend, it is her Grandma’s Recipe. It starts with a yellow cake mix and a box of lemon jello, but baked in a fancy heritage bundt pan and this easy bundt becomes a work of art and is lemony goodness!
