Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. bar of Monterey Jack Cheese
- 15 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and de-seeded
- 4-5 slices of bacon - cooked crispy
- 1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Description
A great little appetizer that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. We absolutely loved these. There’s lots of flavor and texture going on in these little bites. Perfect for any time you are entertaining and want a bit of a different appetizer. These don’t cost a lot of money to make either and they are fairly simple to put together. Hope you give them a try.
