Recipe Description

To make a good steak on the fire, you first need a professional barbecue. A professional bbq is a coals bbq that heats the meat with hot and high quality coals (those that do not leave smoke and aftertaste on the meat) Professional coals can be found in any camping shop or simply search the internet for a premium coals supplier.

After turning on the coals (which is desirable by cooking oil and paper, and not by using different kindling coals because they also affect the taste of the meat) we put the bbq over the coals and let it warm. After a few minutes of heating, the griddle should be lubricated with onion and oil for frying and after we start to smell the onion smell on fire you can start putting the steaks on the grill.
