Recipe Description

These Hawaiian Li Hing Mui Margaritas are a Hawaiian favorite. It’s a spin on the classic margarita! This recipe will allow you to have the traditional margarita or the popular Li Hing Mui Margarita either way.
In Hawaii you can gaurantee you will see this Li Hing Mui Margarita on the drink menu…. That or the infamous Mai Tai or Lava Flow. But one of my favorites is definitely the Li Hing Mui margarita as it already has one of my top choices of mixed drinks involved – the Margarita!
The Li Hing Mui powder used in these margaritas comes from the salty dried Li Hing Mui plum. The plum I believe is ground up to give you this Li Hing Mui powder.
