Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsweetened applesauce
- 2¼ cups of sugar
- 2 boxes (3 oz) Strawberry Jello (or flavor of your choice)
- 2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin {like Knox}
- additional sugar for dusting
Recipe Description
These homemade gumdrops and so easy to make for any holiday. You can easily change the color and flavor of them by simply swapping in a different type of gelatin. Your children will have fun making them with you (just make sure that they brush their teeth after eating them – or use sugar-free gelatin!
