I turned to one of my personal favorites … Ms. Ice Cream sandwich to make me an ice cream cake I’d be proud of – and that she did! What more could kids or adults want than ice cream sandwiches, caramel, hot fudge, chocolate chips and toffee?

While I’ve had this recipe forever, I always forget about it, so this was perfect as I knew I wanted to get some shots and put it on the blog – perfect! And, we all need easy dessert recipes, right?!
