Who needs to spend money on a costly Sous vide machine, when you can hack it and make these amazing Parmesan potato wedges!

So simple and easy to do.  If you love potatoes, then you're defintely going to love making this all year long and for any occassion. Once you start cooking with your Instant pot, you're going to love how fast you can serve just about any food for your family in under an hour while multitasking life.

Step 1

Place 6 cups of warm water into your Instant pot and turn on sauté to start warming up the water while cutting potatoes. Cut 4 medium sized yukon gold potatoes into thick wedges In a bowl, add all ingredients and stir with wooden spoon until the potato wedges are evenly coated.

Step 2

Place your potatoes into a food saver bag. Vacuum almost all of the air out, and then seal. Place into your instant pot. Close lid and cook on high manual pressure for 7 minutes. Then let NPR for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Remove bag from your instant pot. Allow to cool a few minutes before opening and serving. Enjoy!
