- 3 parts Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
- 2 parts Aperol
- 1 splash of Perrier or other soda water
- Orange slices
- Ice cubes

I have discovered a great summer spritzer using Prosecco and Aperol that is light and bubbly and all the rage in Italy.
What I love about this cocktail is that it’s easy to make and perfect for entertaining friends. It’s ideal for a crowd or for a special occasion like a bridal shower or New Year’s Eve.
