Recipe Description

Key Lime Pie Cheesecake is the best of both worlds. This cheesecake tastes just like a Key Lime Pie, but doesn’t have a drop of sweetened condensed milk in it. I added toasted meringue, but you could easily have whipped cream or leave it plain. For an added flair, you could even top it with toasted coconut.
