Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 ounces white chocolate finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 lime for decorating
Recipe Description
These are delicious and relatively easy to make. The sweet graham cracker crust has just a touch of white chocolate. The lime flavor is creamy and luscious. They can be prepared in a mini cake pan with bottoms that pop out or a muffin/cupcake pan with cupcake liners. You can remove the cupcake liners or keep them on. They make so many cute ones it seems silly to remove them.
