Kiwi and Raspberry Chia Pudding is naturally sweet and creamy. Make it ahead and keep it in the fridge for a quick and healthy snack anytime. The pink and green layers are basically thick smoothies and the bottom layer is just chia seeds and coconut milk.  Chia seeds are nutrient powerhouses.
