Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose flour
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 stick butter melted
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 lemons zested and juiced
- powdered sugar for dusting
Recipe Description
I was never fond of Lemons. They kind of made me pucker. So if there was something other than a lemon type of dessert available I would almost always go for that.
Until now.
It all started with a jelly donuts. The hubster bought two donuts that day. My usual apple filled donut and his lemon filled ones.
