Recipe Description

Delicious Lemon Pie with a few shortcuts that decrease the time of preparation to the minimum. Instead of pie crust I used digestives. I made the lemon curd in the microwave oven and it took just four minutes and of course the meringue. Ten minutes in the oven to bake the meringue and there it is a delicious Lemon Pie!
