Recipe Description
This Lemon Raspberry Chia Pudding is a great cross between something sweet and something tangy with those favorite flavors of Spring and Summer – citrus and berries. It makes a refreshing and healthy snack or breakfast that you can whip together in minutes. But you do need to wait to let it thicken at least 4 hours but I like to make it the night before and have it ready for breakfast the next morning.
