Cinnamon apples are normally very high in sugar. This recipe is different. The apples are slow cooked in a slow cooker with unsweetened apple juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Instead of being sticky sweet, they’re a great side dish or dessert that’s lower in sugar, but with all of the great taste that you want.
