- Filling:
- 32 ounces cream cheese
- 1 and ¼ cup sugar (I used pure cane sugar)
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 and ½ cups diced ripe mango (I used 4 large mango)
- 5 eggs
- Mango Glaze:
- 2 cups diced mango
- 2 and ½ tablespoons sugar (I used pure cane sugar)
- 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
