Delicious mini cheesecakes that pack the same punch as a regular large New York cheesecake. This recipe is easy to make and just delish! Much easier to bake then a larger cheesecake (no stressing over cracks) and perfect for a holiday party. Top with any fruit or do not top with fruit at all. Very flexible recipe that can be changed up easily.
