- 2 Teaspoons Mint NOT Peppermint Extract
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 5 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- Green Food Coloring, If Desired
- Pinch of Salt, To Taste
