Recipe Description

These bite-sized treats are great to put out at a party or even to give as a gift if you can keep them cool in transit. The lightly-sweet, creamy cheesecake pairs so well with the rich chocolate blueberries. I used gluten-free graham crackers to coat mine, but you can use regular or even chocolate grahams for more cocoa flavor. These would also be great filled with the Brookside Chocolate Cranberries and rolled in cinnamon graham crumbs.
