Easy to make no-churn blueberry cheesecake ice cream – on a cone, or in a bowl, or as a Popsicle – this recipe is a crowd favorite! We call for frozen blueberries to pair with the ice cream, but fresh blue berries work fine as well, just freeze to harden a little before starting the process. We think you will enjoy this recipe!
