1-13oz bottle of Nutella

1/2 a cup of sugar (to your liking)

1-tablespoon of vanilla extract

2 1/2-packages of of cream cheese (8 ounces each).

1-egg

For the Crust:

1- pre-made/ store brought graham cracker or chocolate crust (I prefer chocolate crust)

OR

Take a box of Oreos and remove the center cream.
Crumble the Oreos finely.
Then take 1/2 cup of melted butter and and blend in with the crumbs as you mold it into pie crust. Cook the crust for ten minutes in the oven (350 degrees) and let cool about 5 minutes, then spoon in the filling above.

For the Nutella filling:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350

2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

3. Add the vanilla and the egg and beat for a another minute or until well blended.

4. Add the Nutella now and beat until there are streaks of cream cheese left on the bowl.

5. Spoon in the filling into the crust and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Until the edges are a little stiff, but the center still jiggles.

6. Remove from oven and let it cool down before placing in the refrigerator. I usually leave it overnight, but at least 5-6 hours after should be fine too.

7. Eat it alone or with vanilla whipped cream or place a thin layer of chocolate ganache and enjoy!

**SIDE NOTE**
You can make the no-bake version of this. Do not add the egg. Beat all the ingredients together and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Overnight is better! Eat up.
