Ingredients
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp black cocoa powder
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1½ cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 - 2½ cups Oreo cookie chunks (approx. 12-15 cookies)
- 2 cups marshmallow fluff (store bought or homemade)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp cream
Recipe Description
A dark, chocolate Oreo bundt cake with a marshmallow glaze and topped with chopped Oreos. The perfect decadent dessert. If you don’t own a Bundt pan, this can easily be made in two 8″ cake pans instead. This cake is super moist and has a rich chocolate flavour. The addition of Oreos is the perfect compliment to this delicious cake!
