- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- 1 9" Oreo style pie crust
- caramel sauce for drizzling

Oreo Cheesecake? Yes please. This is a great recipe I’ve had sitting around that I finally had to make. It was worth the wait. Yum, yum, yum. If you like cheesecake, you’ll like this. And, if you like Oreo’s which I do, you’ll like it even more. It’s very good. I think crushed up Girl Scout Thin Mints would be good in this as well.
