Recipe Description
This peach galette is super easy to make! The recipe calls for store-bought pie crusts, which makes it extra simple, but you’re more than welcome to make your own. The great thing about this recipe is that it’s super versatile. You can use peaches, if they’re in seasons, or plums. Off-season it can be made with apples or pears! It’s important to note that this recipe makes TWO 8″ galettes, so if you only want one, halve the recipe.
